Policies

Hello and thank you for considering Creative1Photos for your photography needs.  I know the moments you want to capture are precious to you and your family and I strive to over deliver.  Here you will find information on booking, policies, and session procedures.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of location selection, set design, customization and work that goes into preparing for your session, no refunds will be issued.  I will always do my best to give you the best possible service and deliver the highest quality session and images.  If your session is cancelled by me due to an emergency, I will issue a refund if there is not a date suitable for both to reschedule.

Cancellations

Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule for any reason.  No Call, No Shows will forfeit deposit and will require another to re-book.  If adequate notice is given your deposit can be transferred to the next available date.

Late

If you schedule and hour session and you are 30 minutes late, you will only have 30 minutes left to complete your session.  Please be aware of this late policy when booking hair and makeup.  Please book times that will allow you to be finished and free of traffic as well.  To be fair to others that may be scheduled, there will be no exceptions.

Turn Around Time

Standard session turn around time is 2 weeks from the shoot date.  Weddings turn around time is 3 weeks from the wedding date.
